The Attorney Letter Program offers an easy to use letters only tool. Our clients often use these letters as a first step.

The Pre-Litigation Program is a highly effective alternative to filing suit immediately. Each claim is reviewed. Thereafter, contacts, via letter and telephone, are made with the the adverse party to pursue voluntary recovery. Uninsured parties who cannot make full settlement immediately are required to agree to payment terms.

Our National Suit Program, which offers a nationwide network of over 375 subro attorneys across the United States, provides us with the ability to file suit wherever the defendant resides.
